Warehouse orders - Edit

Purpose

You can edit the selected warehouse order by clicking the details icon Details in the Warehouse orders - Table dialogue.

Attention: stock in and stock out entries can only be modified via the LBO Client in the order status temporary (EIN01 or AUS01).

Configuration

Admin The invoice address/reference can be disabled by setting the properties lag_edit.aus.useIV and lag_edit.ein.useIV to 0.

Fields

Order information

Left-hand column

Order class: ‘Stock out’ is always specified as a fixed entry

Order date: entry of an order date, i.e. when the goods should leave the warehouse. The current system date is always entered by default and can be modified.

Order number: entry of an order number. This must always be unique within the storage agreement.

Remark: clicking the Long icon opens a pop-up window in which you can enter multi-line texts for the service provider or even picker.

Modification: the last modification date and time are displayed

 

Right-hand column

Order status: generally entered as the status Provisional stock out.

Order type: the order types recorded in the LBase Client for the storage agreement are available for your selection.

Delivery date: entry of the delivery date to the consignee

Shipment ID: the shipment ID from the LBASE order management is displayed providing a shipment has been generated for this stock out entry.

User: the user who last modified the warehouse order is displayed.

Article information

This table contains the actual order data.

 

Item number: selection or entry of a valid item number for the selected storage agreement

Quantity: entry of the stock out quantity. In the event of types of packing (VA), the smallest possible quantity, e.g. ITEM, should be entered to store whole units.

Pack.: selection of the type of packing for the items entered.

Grouping 1/Grouping 2: providing this is intended in the item data, the ‘attribute’ such as size, colour or batch of the 1st grouping is displayed. The value entered is regarded as a restrictive stock out criterion.

Expiry date: entry of a best before date (BBD) if stock out can only occur on a specific date.

Lock code: selection or entry of a valid lock code ID if only one particular stock amount (locked with this code) can be removed from stock. The lock code ID is assigned when a storage agreement is saved.
