Clicking the icon takes you to the function Find and manage addresses. This page opens as a pop-up in a small window of its own.

Process
You can search for the address either via a search string that was assigned when the master address was created or through the more targeted approach of entering the address ID, the ZIP, city and country or the name 1.
Tip: Please note that you can use the % character as a placeholder for an improved search.
Click[Search] to obtain a list of the entries that have been found.
Click [Open] to edit an address.

Attention: text addresses (temporary addresses) are not included in the search.
Selecting the address ID hyperlink in the first column automatically stores the address.
Clicking the [Open] hyperlink in the final column opens the Edit addresses page.
