Purpose

Following the authentication, you can use this page to define settings with regard to the organization unit, address, profile and language.

Tip: you can re-access this page at any time during an LBASE Online session via the Organization units menu. This enables you to change to a different organization unit or profile during a session.

After confirming your settings by clicking [OK], the LBASE Online main page opens.

MAD fields

User name: the name of the user who is logged in is displayed here. Several profiles are assigned to this user.

Organization unit: The organization unit (OU) describes the organizational context in which the internet user is active. By assigning an organization unit, the access rights to data can be restricted and special OU-related functions can be offered (e.g. department-related logic interpreter modules).

Address: the user can usually only select the address of their site. If multiple entries do appear, however, they can switch between the different sites, such as different warehouses.

Note: All access to data in the LBASE database occurs via the address ID. Of course, several internet users within a company can use the same address ID as the company address.

Profile: the profiles assigned to the user who is logged in are displayed for selection.

Language: the language is stored for the entire LBASE Online application. All of the languages stored in the configuration are displayed for selection.
